SERVICES
Ordering
Christine Catering Company. Is open Monday through Saturday, we required a minimum of 24 hrs notice for orders. 48 hours for parties over 50 people Cold menu items can be ordered up to 9:00 am same day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed on same day orders. Orders will be accepted by phone or email only. If not a confirm email is sent please confirm your orders by phone.
Delivery
We deliver all through the lower mainland, and the Fraser Valley, there is a delivery charges
Set up for delivered orders will be charged $12 minimum (per half hour)
There is a delivery charges on orders under $500 and is determined by, time of day and building accessibility, please ask for the delivery charge in your area. Delivery is available throughout the Lower Mainland. There are no delivery charges for catered functions with service staff.
Rental
We will look after the rental of dishes, linens, glasses, tables, chairs tents etc. Our fee is cost plus 15%
The price is determined by quality of china and quantity of rental items required i.e. Tables, chairs, ovens etc.
Cancellation
Corporate breakfast and lunch: 48 hour notice is required for all specialty items. All other items require a 24 hour notice for cancellation. If not cancelled within the time frames you will be invoiced accordingly.
Caters events: 72 hour notice is required, if not cancelled within the time frame, only 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
Form of Payment
All payments are due and payable on day of function. Corporate Accounts paying with credit card need to fill an account and authorization form. All accounts are due on receipt unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, Master Card and certified cheque. All Accounts not paid in full at billing will be charged 3% per 15/days on overdue accounts. On caters event, a $200 deposit is required to booked your date on order of $1000 or less, then 14 day prior to you event a 50% deposit of the total estimate cost is due, and full payment is due when you receive your last invoice.
